   8 new words are introduced by the animated “Cosmo Cat”.  For each word, your child types in the word twice. The first time, your child can copy the word shown on the screen. The second time, the word has been taken away and so your child types in the word without visual help.
2. The Practice Pod
   “Cosmo Cat” will say the words that were just learned and your child has to spell the words, like in a spelling bee.  There is no visual help. At the end, the screen will show side by side the words your child had spelt and the original words. This way your child can see the mistakes made and how to correct them (or be proud that they got everything right). Cosmo Cat will go one more round with the misspelled words and your child will have to spell the words again. This is done until your child spells them all correctly.

After every 5th lesson, there is a quiz or review. 10 words are randomly taken from the previous lessons and the lesson format is done like at “The Practice Pod”.
