It is for people who have already made the decision that they want to raise healthy children. The author shares practical tips on how to make that happen. For example, not allowing children to eat in their rooms or in front of the television is one way to curb obesity. There are also tips on what kinds of food to stock your kitchen and how to plan a healthy menu. If you are interested to know what kinds of food will help increase your children’s brain development and function, there is a section for that too.
